Speed up Vista or XP by Disabling some Services

I just want to share some nice tweaks which can speed up your Vista or XP machine. You can disable services by typing services.msc in the Run or by pressing Win + R. Here are some list of services which can be stopped/disabled:

More than services the startup entries are the culprits which make the operating service slower. These startup entries can be accessed by going to start> run> type msconfig and press enter.
